2.4 How We Contact You
We will contact you using the details you provide when placing your order, such as your email address or phone number.

3. Orders
3.1 Placing an Order
Orders are placed via our website. Products may be customised using available options before adding them to your basket. To complete your purchase, follow the checkout process and submit payment.

3.2 Order Acceptance
Your order is confirmed once we send you an acceptance email. At this point, a contract is formed between you and Belle Paperie. Please ensure all information, including personalisation details, is correct before completing your order.

3.3 If We Cannot Accept Your Order
Occasionally, we may be unable to accept an order. This may be due to stock availability, pricing errors, product withdrawal, or delivery limitations. If this happens, we will notify you and issue a refund.

3.4 Order Reference
Each order is assigned a unique reference number, which will be included in your confirmation email. Please use this when contacting us.

3.5 Production Times
Estimated production times are shown on each product page. Where multiple items are ordered, the longest stated timeframe will apply to the full order.

3.6 Personalisation – Text
Where personal details are required, these must be provided at checkout or shortly after via email. If information is missing or incorrect, production may be delayed. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate details.

3.7 Personalisation – Images
Uploaded images must be in JPEG format. For best print quality, images should be high resolution (ideally 300 DPI or at least 1000 pixels on the shortest edge). Lower quality images may affect the final result.

3.8 Artwork Proofing
For customised items, a digital proof will usually be provided before printing. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content, including spelling and accuracy.

3.9 Approval of Artwork
Once you approve your artwork proof, you are confirming that all details are correct, including spelling, layout, grammar, and content. Belle Paperie cannot accept responsibility for any errors identified after approval, and no refunds or reprints will be issued for mistakes that were approved prior to printing.

4. Product Information

We aim to display product colours accurately; however, variations may occur depending on screen settings. Printed colours may differ slightly from on-screen images.

Due to the nature of handmade or natural materials, small variations between items may occur and are not considered defects.

8. Gift Cards
Belle Paperie e‑gift cards are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No physical card will be issued. E‑gift cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase, after which any remaining balance will expire. Please treat your e‑gift card as you would cash, as Belle Paperie cannot replace lost or deleted codes.
